Interpretation

Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions

  • You / Customer: The individual purchasing products from SLN Telugu Ruchulu.

  • Company / We / Us / Our: SLN Telugu Ruchulu.

  • Address: Padmavathi Colony, Ramakrishna Theater Lane, Shadnagar, Telangana – 509216.

  • Service: Sale of food products through offline/online channels.

  • Goods / Products: Food items offered for sale.

  • Order: A request placed by You to purchase Goods from Us.

 

 

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • No cancellation is allowed once the order is prepared, packed, or dispatched, as we deal with fresh food items.

  • A payment gateway charge of up to 3% of the total order value may be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

 

 

Returns Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, we follow a strict no-return policy.

Returns Not Accepted For:

  • All food products (homemade, fresh, packed, or sealed)

  • Opened or partially consumed items

  • Products damaged due to incorrect storage by the customer

  • Items purchased during offers, discounts, or promotions

No returns or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances for food items, in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product, or

  • A wrong item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Order details

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement, or

  • Partial/Full refund (at our discretion)

 

 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of taste preference

  • Delay caused by courier partners

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
